About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our growing team at Lotus Holistic Medicine in Maroochydore, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations and ensuring the smooth running of our holistic healthcare practice.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing operational strategies to support the practice's growth and efficiency

Managing administrative functions such as budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the patient experience

Reviewing business processes and documentation of such

Supervising and mentoring the administrative team to ensure high standards of customer service

Analysing data and generating reports to inform business decisions

Ability to create strategeies to move a business forward and implement this stratergy in a systematic way

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar business operations or practice management role, preferably in the healthcare industry

Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, policies, and best practices

Reviewing monthly packages and processes surrounding this

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using relevant software and IT systems to support business operations

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of administrative staff

Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and patient-centric care

Fostering alignment with the business's core mission and values with staff
