About the role

As the Practice Manager at Priority Medical Centre, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of this busy medical practice. In this full-time role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring the practice runs seamlessly, allowing the medical professionals to focus on providing exceptional patient care. What you'll be doing

Oversee the administrative and operational functions of the medical practice

Manage and lead the practice's support staff, including receptionists and medical assistants

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency

Manage patient bookings, records, and other administrative tasks

Liaise with medical professionals, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Oversee the practice's financial management, including budgeting and reporting

Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the practice

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience as a practice or clinic manager in the healthcare industry

Strong understanding of medical practice operations, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Proficient in using practice management software and other relevant technologies

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure

Strong analytical and financial management skills

Proven track record of improving practice efficiency and patient satisfaction
