We have a part time practice manager position available for our neuro-affirming mental health OT and psychology practice in Belmont.

About this position:
This is a part time practice manager role focusing operations and administration. You’ll play a vital part in keeping the practice running smoothly by supporting operations, finances, compliance, and client experience.

Supporting our culture:

Financial and business management:
- Monitor our financial performance, oversee invoicing and bookkeeping. A knowledge of Xero and Splose are an advantage.
- Oversee management of assets, equipment, and IT.
- Ensure upkeep of the clinic itself.
Client experience and Service delivery:
- Facilitate positive client interactions from entry to discharge with smooth workflows, clear expectations, outstanding communication, and client centred practice.
- Managing intake process for clients.
Operations:
- Operations & Compliance: Improve practice-wide processes for better workflow and staff support and help maintain compliance with relevant legislation and practice standards.
- Contribute to discussions around strategic direction.
Clinician support:
- Support clinicians with hands on administration support.
Human resources:
- Supporting onboarding and HR compliance

- You have had experience leading admin in a health care setting and would like a new opportunity in close knit team where you can make your mark.
- You may have been working in allied health, but admin and practice management is your thing.
- You a looking for a long-term opportunity where you have the scope to grow and develop.

- You are great communicator.
- You are IT savvy, and capable of quickly learning how to use software.
- You understand finance and numbers and can navigate invoicing, and programs such as Xero.
