Practice manager

We have a part time practice manager position available for our neuro-affirming mental health OT and psychology practice in Belmont.

About this position:

This is a part time practice manager role focusing operations and administration. You’ll play a vital part in keeping the practice running smoothly by supporting operations, finances, compliance, and client experience.

Supporting our culture:

Financial and business management:

• Monitor our financial performance, oversee invoicing and bookkeeping. A knowledge of Xero and Splose are an advantage.
• Oversee management of assets, equipment, and IT.
• Ensure upkeep of the clinic itself.

Client experience and Service delivery:

• Facilitate positive client interactions from entry to discharge with smooth workflows, clear expectations, outstanding communication, and client centred practice.
• Managing intake process for clients.

Operations:

• Operations & Compliance: Improve practice-wide processes for better workflow and staff support and help maintain compliance with relevant legislation and practice standards.
• Contribute to discussions around strategic direction.

Clinician support:

• Support clinicians with hands on administration support.

Human resources:

• Supporting onboarding and HR compliance
