About the role

Become a Practice Manager for The Dental Club in Caboolture, Bellmere, Griffin and Stafford QLD. In this full-time role, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality patient care, and strong financial performance. You’ll play a key role in implementing a new management structure, improving efficiency, and leading our team across four thriving clinics. Enjoy the support of a co-practice manager, working together to lead, innovate, and create the best patient experience possible.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the dental practice, including scheduling, inventory management, financial reporting, and payroll.
• Lead and motivate a team of dentists, dental assistants, and other support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Foster a collaborative environment where team input and continuous improvement are valued.
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and systems to drive operational excellence.
• Analyse practice performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability and productivity.
• Liaise with dentists, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare management role.
• Strong understanding of dental practice operations, including compliance, clinical operations and maintenance, patient scheduling, insurance and payor billing, and financial management.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
• Proficient in using dental practice management software and other relevant technology (we use Exact).
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care and customer service.
• Proficiency in marketing, including digital strategies and SEO.
• An interest in or experience with AI-driven tools to optimize practice operations.
• Flexibility to travel between all clinic locations as required.
