With five unique destinations—The Camfield, Stables Bar, The Reveley, Good Company Bar, and The Elford—and two exciting new venues launching this year, we're expanding our team to meet growing demand.

We’re currently seeking experienced Chef De Parties to join our established kitchen teams and help us continue providing memorable customer experiences.

Duties include overseeing all activities conducted at your station, such as food preparation, cooking and presentation. You will be responsible for training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you. You will also help the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus. You will be required to assess the quality of food items and inform the head chef of any issues. You will be required to maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene throughout the kitchen. In addition, you should conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

What you’ll need:

3 years + experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen

Ideally an apprenticeship or relevant cookery qualifications.

Proven cookery skills that would be required within a commercial kitchen setting.

Excellent communication skills

Keen to train new and existing staff in the kitchen.

Ensure dish presentation is consistent and well dressed.
