About the role

Kingsway Bar and Bistro is seeking talented Chef de Partie' to join our dynamic kitchen team in Darch, WA. As a fulltime Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in preparing and delivering exceptional cuisine to our guests in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a consistently high standard
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and recipe development
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
• Overseeing and mentoring junior kitchen staff
• Ensuring strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations and processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a similar hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain
