Salary Sacrifice Details
As a not-for-profit entity, our employees can package up to $18,549 p.a. of their taxable income before your income tax is calculated. Up to $15,900 p.a. on every day expenses (such as mortgage payments, rent, groceries, bills and insurance) plus up to $2,649 p.a. on meal/entertainment benefits.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll work alongside a passionate and experienced Talent team that’s deeply embedded in the business. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in proactively sourcing, engaging, and guiding top talent across a diverse portfolio of roles—each one critical to the work we do.
You’ll be trusted to:
Partner with hiring leaders to offer practical, strategic recruitment advice
Lead end-to-end hiring with a focus on candidate care and brand impact
Craft compelling, targeted job ads and manage social media posts
Drive campaigns that are innovative, inclusive, and outcomes-focused
Continuously improve the onboarding and hiring experience

Social Media / Excel / Office Expertise
Bring your social media savvy to work that matters—craft posts, manage Facebook updates, and help us engage purpose-driven talent. With strong Excel and MS Office skills, you’ll support hiring across aged care and community services, where every role changes lives.
To be suitable for this position, your qualifications for the role will consist of:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar, or experience in a relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in end to end recruitment;
- Previous experience using e-Recruitment systems; We use Turbo Recruit.
- Police Check or the ability to acquire.
