Design the Future Workforce Across Talent, Reward, and Organisational Structures
Are you the HR unicorn who loves organisational design, nerds out on workforce data, and gets excited about remuneration structures and job architecture? We want you!
This newly shaped HR Specialist role will partner across the business to drive talent, organisational design, talent, and total reward services that build future capability and operational excellence.
You’ll blend strategy with operations—shaping roles, systems, and insights that drive workforce strength, compliance, and future growth.
What You’ll Be Driving:
- Designing job architecture, frameworks, and role clarity tools.
- Managing establishment data, workforce structures, and remuneration benchmarking.
- Overseeing total rewards operations — remuneration reviews, incentives, job evaluations, surveys, and vendor management.
- Conducting market analysis and providing data-driven remuneration advice.
- Delivering analytical support across workforce, reward, and organisational design projects.
- Ensuring compliance and optimising HRIS/reward systems (SuccessFactors experience a plus).
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years’ HR experience across organisational design, remuneration, and talent.
- Proven expertise in compensation cycles, salary reviews, incentive plans, and job evaluations.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, reporting, and data storytelling capabilities.
- Solid understanding of compensation frameworks, HRIS systems, and job architecture.
- Track record of delivering operational improvements across talent and reward functions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate;
Salary Sacrifice (not only for cars)
