HR Data Literacy Skills
Data can be key in this role. You’ll leverage your data literacy and analytical mindset to turn information into strategies that improve outcomes.
- From using data to guide service locations, to helping hiring managers set SMART goals;
- To using evidence to resolve workplace challenges;
- you’ll ensure data is more than numbers - It’s a tool for transformation!
- Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Power BI, dashboards, or similar tools;
- (if you haven’t—curiosity and a willingness to learn will take you far)

What You’ll Do:
- Advise & Guide: Provide clear, expert advice on HR matters, from case management and workforce planning to dispute resolution.
- Educate & Empower: Take the lead (or support others) in coaching clients, shaping organizational culture, and building managerial capability.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with teams to deliver HR strategies that align with our mission and values.
- Analyse & Improve: Use data and insights to influence decisions and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Drive:
- For seasoned professionals: 3+ years in HR advisory or consulting roles.
- For graduates: A degree in HR or a related field, plus a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and industrial relations legislation.
- People Focused: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Values Aligned: A commitment to making a difference and supporting our mission-driven work.
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in the ability to interpret awards, enterprise agreements, policy and procedures to provide clear and concise answers on human resource issues.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake work across a range of specialist or operational areas.
