Be Part of Something Bigger – Enable Employment with Purpose
At Good Sammy, we’re not just filling jobs – we’re building futures. As a leading social enterprise with a mission to create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability, over 50% of our workforce proudly identifies as having a disability. That’s why our Talent team does more than recruitment – we’re changing lives through inclusive hiring, workplace design, and career pathways.
We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner who brings heart, strategy, and innovation to talent acquisition. This isn’t a traditional recruitment role. You’ll work hand-in-hand with leaders across our diverse operations – from retail and logistics to support services and social enterprises – to attract, engage and retain people who align with our values and purpose.
We pride ourselves on being inclusive and know our people are our greatest asset.
Our values drive our initiatives and culture.
Brave – Have the courage to explore all possibilities.
Good – Do the right thing, the right way, always. Help you be your best.
Safe – Be aware, speak up, stay safe. Make your safety our priority.
Empowered – Respect everyone’s voice. Do it with you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with hiring managers to design inclusive and accessible recruitment processes.
- Leading workforce planning conversations, identifying capability gaps and building talent pipelines.
- Supporting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives through thoughtful sourcing and selection strategies.
- Shaping our employer brand to reflect the incredible stories and strength of our people.
- Coaching and mentoring team members and hiring leaders on best practice, with a focus on disability confidence.
- Using data and storytelling to influence workforce decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
About you:
- You bring significant experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in high-volume or multi-site settings.
- You’re passionate about social impact and understand the power of employment in transforming lives.
- You’re comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity and thrive on collaborating with diverse teams.
- You understand inclusive employment practices and are willing to grow your knowledge in disability employment.
- You’re strategic, curious and outcomes-driven – and you genuinely care about people.
Why join Good Sammy?
- Be part of a growing organisation with purpose at its core.
- Make a difference every day by supporting people with disability to thrive in the workplace.
- Flexible, family-friendly working arrangements.
- Salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per annum.
