The Company:

Established WA commercial cabinetry company with over 30 years in the market.

One the best-known operators in the space are looking for a full time permanent Production Manager to oversee the production of cabninetry & joinery awarded by commercial builders on schools, hospitality, office, and commercial spaces.

The Benefits:

• Up to $110k + Super
• Full-time permanent position
• Typical Monday to Friday working hours 6am - 3pm
• Work with a highly regarded and recognised name in the industry
• Established leadership team & strong pipeline of confirm work.
• Brand New Workshop based in Rockinham
• When Saturdays Required Overtime Penalties Apply.

The Requirements:

• Trade Qualified Cabinet Maker
• Experience in Commercial or Residential Joinery
• Previous experience managing production in a medium-sized workshop
• Proved leadership skills, communication skills, and contribution towards positive culture
• Stability/tenure in previous positions

The Role:

• Manage the day to day workflow of current and upcoming projects on time
• Allocate jobs to trades and TA's, working with up to 15 direct reports and 6 CNC machines
• Manage the quality of product coming out of the workshop
• Ensure workplace OHS is followed at all times
• Drive a positive workplace culture
• Plan and drive production schedules, liaise with drafting department & report to General Manager
