Position

Senior Accounts Officer

Note: This position is a permanent part-time role (Tues-Thurs, 8:30am-5:00pm)

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you'll manage payments, tax compliance, financial reports, and reconciliations across multiple platforms (Xero, Shopify, CIN7, AMEX).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports and cash flow statements
• Process payroll, superannuation, and timesheets
• Manage AP/AR, invoices, and reconciliations
• Ensure GST, FBT, and payroll tax compliance
• Troubleshoot finance systems issues

Candidate

To be considered for the position all candidates should have the following experience and skills:

• 3+ years in accounts payable/payroll/finance admin
• Skilled in Xero, QuickBooks, Excel & MS Office
• Strong attention to detail & multitasking skills
• Confident communicator with cross-team experience
• Multi-entity experience is a plus
