Tasks & Responsibilities

• Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email and walk-in’s
• Assisting customers with product information, order processing, invoicing and problem solving
• Providing accurate and timely updates from order status to delivery schedules
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences
• Performing general administrative tasks to support the customer service department

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
