Autoresponse is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Coordinator who embodies our core values and excels at creating exceptional customer experiences. In this full-time role (4 days per week), you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking repair and maintenance services, driving sales of services and parts while ensuring that every customer interaction fosters loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • As the First Point of Contact, greet customers promptly and courteously and be the welcoming face for those seeking repair and maintenance services for their vehicles.
  • Customer Relations & Follow-Up: maintain a thorough customer relations and follow-up policy that guarantees maximum satisfaction. Establish clear standards for customer treatment and consistently monitor all customer survey results to ensure that satisfaction targets are achieved.
  • Issue Resolution: Address all customer complaints promptly to foster loyalty and trust. Follow up and handle all customer action reports promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Maximisation: Actively promote and enhance services and parts sales, providing expert advice and customised solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the scheduling of our technicians by coordinating appointments and keeping accurate records of customer interactions. Regularly report findings and feedback from customer surveys to management to assist in refining our service procedures and overall business performance.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5 Years experience in a similar customer service role.
  • High level of written and oral communication skills, with a confident and professional manner.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to adapt as required.
  • Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office products.
  • Effective time management and high-level organisation skills.
  • Hold a valid WA C class Driver's Licence.
