We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager & Customer Service Lead to oversee our small but dynamic team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Role Overview
This dual-role position requires strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills. You will be responsible for managing our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and leading a team of up to five staff members. Additionally, you will oversee customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
Supervise and lead a team of up to five warehouse staff.
Oversee inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
Ensure timely and accurate packing and shipping of customer orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Implement best practices to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
Manage supplier deliveries and returns.
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints, returns, and order issues efficiently.
Train and support customer service staff to ensure consistent, high-quality interactions.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align customer service efforts with brand strategy.
Team Leadership & Training
Train warehouse and customer service staff to maintain high performance and accuracy.
Provide guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to team members.
Create and implement policies to streamline processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize workflows.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in warehouse management and customer service, preferably in eCommerce or beauty.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a small team.
Customer Service Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication.
Technical Skills: Experience using eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), CRM tools, and inventory management software.
Organization & Efficiency: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable with warehouse duties, including lifting and organizing stock.
