Customer Solutions Partner

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a new Customer Solutions Partner role at Bellbird who is focused on building customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring the smooth processing and delivery of orders.

Job Summary: Customer service, sales support (including outbound calling), order processing, and after-sales care.

The Role:

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager and mentored by the Head of Sales your key functions will be:

Customer Partnership - Demonstrate understanding and support to our customers by asking open-ended questions, listening and ensuring the customer achieves or where possible exceeds their desired outcomes by providing solutions throughout the ordering process by offering insight, knowledge, and product advice.

Sales Growth - Work with the team to achieve and exceed Bellbird sales and growth targets by taking ownership and responsibility for each customer interaction by promoting/upselling the company's product and service and assisting with finding new partnerships and/or retention opportunities via inbound and outbound calls to customers.

Customer Operations - Onboard all customers into the system & Process all orders via the e-commerce platform to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to the customer and business needs. Proactively offer product substitutions if the item is unavailable. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Exceptional After-Sale Service - returns, backorders and delivery follow-up to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

You're a friendly customer service professional with:

Must have a friendly, customer-first focus with the desire to listen and provide product and service solutions over the phone, in person in the showroom/reception and via webchat.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Have the confidence to do both inbound and outbound calls with the desire to grow the business.

Attention to detail as well as a high degree of accuracy in data entry; the ability to ensure that customer requirements are recorded exactly as specified.

3-5 years of experience in a customer service role/sales admin role in a product e-commerce environment, with a focus on dealing with customers over the phone, is highly regarded

Efficient computer skills to effectively use common office packages, e-commerce platforms, CRM & other integrated admin systems. Intermediate experience with excel highly regarded

Experience in early years education/products is highly regarded

Must be able to plan, act quickly, be mentally flexible

Self-motivation & a growth mindset with a continual improvement focus for themselves and the business

Proven team collaboration skills to be able to work with the customer service team and internal departments to support each team's goals and outcomes.

Have a track record of delivering on agreed actions, goals or other targets and objectives

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise their work and work autonomously

Have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
