We are expanding our team and looking for several skilled and motivated Business Analysts to support the rapid implementation of Pronto Xi ERP. Key Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, turning them into practical ERP solutions.

Assist in configuring and tailoring Pronto Xi, particularly using Major Function Flags, Screen Customiser, and TrueForms (documents and print queues).

Pronto 4GL development skills highly desirable.

Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to support all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle.

Identify and resolve issues, provide insights, and contribute to the success of a high-velocity rollout.

Participate in testing, training, change management, and go-live support.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who lives within a 40-minute commute of our North Rocks office and is willing to work hybrid with 4 days in the office, one day working from home.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Implementation Consultant on Pronto Xi ERP projects is a must.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Ability to author high quality documentation for requirements, use cases and change requests.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Ability to conduct end-user training and business sim activities.

A natural problem solver who enjoys challenges and thrives under pressure.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Previous hands-on work with Pronto Xi, especially around configuration and tailoring/customisation.

Experience as an ERP Implementation Consultant or System Administrator.

Exposure to Project Management or coordination within ERP projects.

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, or services.

Familiarity with data migration, integrations, or business intelligence/reporting tools within an ERP ecosystem.

Experience with Master Data Mgmt, Point of Sale, Repairs, Service, WMS is highly desirable.
