We are a privately-owned Melbourne based commercial cleaning company servicing a multitude of sites both in the general public arena, not-for-profit organisations as well as the commercial client space. We are on a growth journey, and as a result we are looking for a mature minded and experienced individual who is motivated to drive sales and our operational footprint.

If you are client focused, enthusiastic, highly organised and an experienced Business Development Manager who values relationships, both internally, as well as with clients, then this is the job for you!

So, what part will you play within the business?

You will be responsible the growth of existing client accounts as well as sourcing new business development opportunities. You will work closely with the Managing Director and General Manager to source new opportunities and to write and submit compelling tenders.

What will some of your responsibilities be?

Building and nurturing key customer relationships

Networking with key stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities

Growing our net portfolio worth

Identify new and upcoming project opportunities

Providing support on all tender submissions

To be successful you will:

Be exceptional at building relationships with key stakeholders

Have proven experience within a Sales or BDM role and be able to demonstrate your past successes

Be hungry! Love building the relationship and thrive on closing the deal!

You're a proven problem-solver who thinks differently

You have estimating experience

Experience in the contract cleaning sector or related industry highly regarded!
