Position: NDIS Business Development / Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Adelaide, SA 5000
Employment Type: Full-Time & Immediate Start Available (On-Site)
Salary: $85,000 upwards based on experience + Performance Bonus

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our services and establish strategic partnerships within the disability services sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success and sustainability of our organization, while making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business development, relationship-building, and the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Work on expanding the business and overseeing new market initiatives.

Develop the business development and relationship strategy for our region.

Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, such as Support coordinators, Social workers, Local area coordinators and others, with a goal to build strong connections and grow referrals.

Identify and lead BD opportunities

Building relationships with potential participants to establish rapport.

Increase participant base and fill vacancies

Creating and developing marketing strategies and campaigns including social media management

Report on new Business development opportunities and outcomes

Engaging directly with clients and their representatives to confirm their housing needs, and managing their transition into Perfect Care Services.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS framework and its application.

Proven business development or relationship management experience within the NDIS or allied health sectors, or similar fields.

High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders.

Tertiary qualifications in allied health, business, or marketing preferred.

Focused, proactive, and results-driven.
