Business Development Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a fast-paced, industry-leading organisation in the construction and trade services sector. Experience as a BDM in the construction industry is not essential — we’re looking for the right personality, energy, and drive to build relationships and make things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Drive new business growth across commercial, residential, government, and industrial sectors
🔹 Build strong relationships with builders, developers, property managers & key stakeholders
🔹 Lead tendering, quoting, and contract negotiations
🔹 Represent the business at industry events and networking functions
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
🔹 Monitor sales performance and refine strategy based on market trends and feedback

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a BDM or Sales Executive

Experience in tender processes, quoting, and contract management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and travel to client sites

Valid driver’s license
