About the Role
As a First Aid & CPR Trainer & Assessor, you will deliver engaging, interactive training sessions and ensure participants meet national competency standards. You’ll use LMS and SMS platforms to track progress and continuously enhance training materials.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver engaging First Aid & CPR training sessions (HLTAID011 & HLTAID012).
✅ Assess participants’ knowledge and practical skills against national standards.
✅ Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner success.
✅ Maintain accurate records of training and assessment outcomes.
✅ Ensure compliance with RTO training standards and safety regulations.
✅ Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems (SMS) for training delivery and student tracking.
✅ Contribute to the continuous improvement of training content and methods.
Essential Requirements
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or higher)
•Current First Aid & CPR accreditation (HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011 or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering First Aid training in an RTO setting
• Experience delivering training in both face-to-face and online formats.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods for different learning styles.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and familiarity with SMS systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Working With Children Check & National Police Check (if required).
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if needed.
Job Highlights
Flexible Work Options – Casual shifts (minimum 6 hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), full-time, or contract roles available.
