Role Overview

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. Must have current QBCC Supervisor License!

Key Responsibilities

Lead Site Operations: Manage all on-site activities to ensure efficient and smooth project delivery.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to WHS regulations and the company’s safety policies.

Team Coordination: Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure cohesive project execution.

Project Delivery: Achieve key project milestones while maintaining high-quality standards and budgetary controls.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager and other senior stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimise disruptions and optimise productivity.
