Our client has been established for over 20 years building within Queensland. They are one of the largest builders of town house and residential home builders in Australia and Queensland is one of the standout arms of their business.

We have a new opportunity for a Site Manager to manage the delivery of Townhouse Projects starting on a moving project in Northside of Brisbane. This will be a permanent role and an immediate start and great salary package for the right candidate.

Role:

• Delivery of Townhouse Projects just with around 60 lots
• Daily management of On-Site sub-contractors, safety and quality as well as the foreman on site
• Trade scheduling and project planning
• Ensure adherence to plans, specifications and Building Code / Regulations
• Managing deliveries, suppliers
• Quality Control and defect management
• Inductions, toolbox meetings, OH&S management
• Liaise with Project Management Team

Person:

• QBCC Site Supervisor license at a minimum
• Minimum 2 years experience supervising Town House Projects
• Experienced in all stages of construction including base stage, establishing slabs
• History of stable employment
• Excellent communication skills, solution based mindset, general computer skills
• Strong understanding of OH&S procedures
