About the Role
As the Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that residential projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the key point of contact for trades, contractors, and clients, driving quality outcomes and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations for residential home builds.

Coordinate and supervise trades, contractors, and suppliers.

Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and manage compliance with building regulations.

Identify and resolve on-site challenges effectively.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction - ideally 5+ years.

Strong knowledge of building processes, codes, and regulations in QLD.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

The ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and quality assurance.

Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder License.

White Card and a valid driver’s license.
