We are looking for a Senior Site Manager with high rise residential experience to deliver one of the most anticipated luxury high rise projects in recent times.

Here you will join a well known Developer/Builder and lead the site team in delivering this $200m beauty of a high rise and really make your mark on the Brisbane skyline. The Project Manager on the job has been with the company for 5 years and has plenty of experience with top tier builders on other large high rise resi projects.

Along side your high rise building know how, the ideal Snr Site Manager has the ability to lead a team and manage a site effectively. This is a primarily non EBA site however a number of critical trades are EBA trades so industrial relations (IR) on site will be largely in your hands, and your ability to manage expectations and ensure OHS obligations will be important.

Role:

The Senior Site Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility:

• Management of trades and subcontractors on site
• Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
• Implementation of OH&S policies
• Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
• Approval of subcontractor invoices
• Liaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met
• Industrial relations management
• Provide leadership to the site team
• Long and Short term programming

Person:

• A stable career history within the construction industry
• High rise residential experience
• Strong construction foreman or Site Management experience with a reputable company would be an advantage
• The ability to work to and meet deadlines
• Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
