Site Manager – Commercial / Industrial Projects – Brisbane

We’re working with a number of builders across Brisbane, seeking experienced Site Managers to lead commercial and industrial projects valued between $5M–$20M.

About the Role:

Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish

Drive construction programs and ensure quality standards are met

Lead and motivate trades and subcontractors on site

Maintain site safety, compliance, and communication with clients and consultants

Projects include warehouses, schools, community facilities, retail, and light industrial builds

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Manager across commercial/industrial projects

Ability to run projects independently

Strong communication skills — direct, honest, and solutions-focused

Ability to motivate teams and meet key project milestones

Trade background or relevant construction qualifications preferred

QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain)
