About the role
This permanent full-time role will utilise administrative, customer service and scheduling skills.
- Respond to email and phone enquiries
- Provide quotations
- Schedule appointments
- Diary management
- Order materials
- Order hire equipment
- Manage jobs from quotation through to completion
- Invoice customers
Skills & experience
- Must have prior experience as an Administrator or scheduler
- Must have excellent MS Office skills
- Must be organised and able to work on multiple projects at once
