We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing and invoicing using Xero & Jaix Software.
Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure efficient route planning and delivery scheduling.
Ordering office and warehouse supplies.
Track and schedule truck and forklift services.
Onboarding new employees.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.
Handle any issues or delays in deliveries promptly and effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse facility.
Skills and Experience:
Experience with accounting software (preferably Xero)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
OH&S training (Desirable)
