The Role
To provide excellent customer service to our growing department in Cairns. Achieving this by providing accurate paperwork and information to internal and external customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key to this role will be your desire to provide excellent customer service and the ability to build strong relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide key support to external Sales Staff
Providing timely information to key stakeholders
Work in line with our credit department
Develop and retain knowledge about Bradnam’s products and building codes
Actively work as part of the customer service team
Identify areas for improvements where appropriate
About You
Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred but not essential.
A willingness to learn
Ability to be self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision
Have a positive mindset and the ability to find solutions for customer challenges
