About the Company & Role of Estimator
An opportunity for an experienced Estimator has become available with a well respected Construction Company, who are involved in Commercial New build & refurbishment, Industrial, Aged-Care, Hospitality & Retail, Education projects across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
Reporting to the QLD Company Director you will be responsible for ensuring accurate estimates of total costs, preparation of BoQ's, maintaining accurate prices in the estimating system, prepare and send quotes and investigate invoices that have exceeded work orders.
If you come from a Construction or Building background and have strong estimating skills working within the Commercial or residential market.
Requirements for the Estimator in Commercial Construction

• Ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience in Estimating within the Commercial and Industrial construction sector
• Ability to interpret building plans & specifications
• Experience Estimating on Industrial, Hospitality, Large Retail and Commercial projects up to $50m+
• Qualification in Building & Construction / Quantity Surveying or Trade Certificate
