At Primacy Care, we’re committed to building inclusive and empowering communities through high-quality, person-centered services under the NDIS. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our friendly and dedicated People & Culture team.
About the Role
As our new Recruitment Officer, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process across our growing team of support workers and psychosocial recovery coaches. You’ll assist in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining high recruitment standards aligned with NDIS compliance, safeguarding principles, and our core values of inclusion, respect, and integrity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Draft and post job ads across multiple platforms
Screen resumes and shortlisting of potential candidates
Coordinate, conduct interviews and communicate with applicants
Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers
Support onboarding by managing contracts, compliance auditing, and coordinating induction.
Maintain accurate records and recruitment metrics
What We’re Looking For
A passion for people and making a positive difference
Strong communication and organisational skills
Willingness to learn and work within NDIS and Fair Work compliance frameworks
High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
Tech-savvy and confident with MS Office and admin systems
Previous recruitment experience
Availability to work 25 hours per week, across Monday - Friday
Compliance Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Police Check (current or within 12 months)
Working with Children Check (if applicable to role)
Relevant educational qualification
Relevant experience in a similar role
