We’re looking for a motivated individual to take on a dual role in recruitment and office administration β€” helping us manage day-to-day operations while playing a hands-on role in sourcing and supporting our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Workforce Management

Source, screen and interview candidates for construction and civil roles

Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance checks and inductions

Maintain candidate databases and keep workforce records up to date

Liaise with clients to ensure shifts are filled and workers are supported

Office Administration

General office duties: answering phones, responding to emails, filing and data entry

Assist with payroll administration and timesheet collection

Help prepare documents, contracts, and reports for clients and workers

Support directors and senior staff with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed

About You:

Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, or fast-paced admin preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Great organisational skills with attention to detail

Confident using computers, email, and spreadsheets

Knowledge in cloud-based recruitment software such as Fast Track 360 a bonus

Able to work independently and manage competing priorities

Knowledge of the construction industry or workforce coordination is a bonus

Remuneration:

This is a full-time position offering a base salary of $60,000 – $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer an uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on performance.
