About the role

SOUTH WEST RADIOLOGY is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this full-time role based in Liverpool NSW 2170, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, on-boarding, and ongoing employee relations for our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, advertising roles, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and making hiring recommendations
• Manage the on-boarding of new employees, including preparing contracts, organising inductions, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Provide day-to-day HR support to our employees, addressing queries, and resolving any employee relations issues
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant
• Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to support employee engagement and development
• Collaborate with managers to understand workforce planning requirements and support talent management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR & Recruitment generalist role, ideally within the healthcare or medical services industry
• Strong understanding of Australian employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Proficient in the use of HR information systems and recruitment tools
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
