Our client is a true market leader within the Vocational space, providing apprentices and trainees training opportunities and future careers. Having been established for over 30 years, this not-for-profit peak body is well resourced with highly competent leaders from across the VET sector. Due to recent expansion, they currently seek a Data Validation and Reporting Co-ordinator with amazing attention to detail and organisational skills, to assist in continuing the success in the business. Based out of head office near Brisbanes CBD, the role will utilise your experience with data reporting and funding administration across User Choice, PQS or other QLD funding arrangements. The role is a hybrid working arrangement, with ability to work from home 3 days per week after 3 months of employment
On a day to day basis your role will include, but not be limited to:
Assesses and processes claims with a high degree of accuracy, and in compliance with contracts and policies within agreed timeframes.
Verifies and processes supplier invoices and reports in accordance with contractual arrangements and relevant program policy.
Produces and analyses claims data, and provides information for monthly reports, including identifying system compliance and other issues within agreed timeframes
Work collaboratively in the management of the contract reporting error exceptions, including error identification & resolution
Apply strong AVETMISS & VET knowledge to assist in the provision of contract reporting data.
Collaborate with team members to analyse and interpret trends and data relationships succinctly and in client-oriented terms.
Contribute to research and analytical projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, as required
Support compliance audits and reporting of audit outcomes, supplier performance and variations.
You must have the following skills to be successful in this role:
Extensive RTO data administration experience including Avetmiss reporting
High level of proficiency overseeing QLD VET funding sources
Strong Excel skills (high intermediate to advanced)
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new reporting systems.
