Doorcraft are a leading timber and fire door manufacturer that is expanding, now needing your services as a Junior Project Manager and Site Co-ordinator. The personal traits you will be needing are:

High level organisation skills

The skills needed for the role are:

High level Excel and Office365

CAD type drawing experience

Ability to read and interpret commercial building plans

An understanding of how commercial building sites function and to be able to safely operate when on site

Strong customer service

Knowledge of Australian Standards and BCC requirements that are relevant to the construction industry

An understanding of manufacturing

You will be working with a leading project manager, assisting in:

Completing site measures for doors and frames, using the latest technology in frame profiling

Assisting and guiding the on-site team of installers, making sure the scope of works are adhered to and performed to the highest standard

Answering technical questions from clients and installers

Converting site measures to production tickets

Assisting with CAD drawings and conversion of profiled frames and doors into production via Alphacam software

Reviewing specification requirements for fire doors and frames, matching to hardware schedules.

Managing all aspects of the administrative side of assigned projects, including contractual obligations and billing

Completing door and frame schedule take offs and converting them to quotes
