About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically-minded Warehouse Co-Ordinator to take ownership of our warehouse operations.

This is a full-time, permanent position — perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the drive to keep the warehouse running like clockwork.

You’ll need to be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. A mechanical aptitude and practical experience in similar environments will be highly regarded.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Receiving and dispatching goods, ensuring accurate deliveries and stock quantities.

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment — including pallet wrapping and forklift operation.

Managing stock location and organisation within the warehouse.

Handling booking of couriers and transport logistics.

Checking emails, updating systems, and maintaining records in our ERP software.

Picking up and delivering supplies locally as required.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Current forklift license.

Current, valid driver’s license.

Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.

Physically fit and capable of manual handling.

Computer literate, with experience using inventory management systems.

Understanding of workplace health and safety best practices.

A proactive attitude — always looking for ways to improve processes.

A team player who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done right.
