The Opportunity
The Facilities Co-ordinator will provide support to the Operations Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of a precinct, mainly the Shopping Centre and office Tower,.

The Role
The facilities/operations team is responsible for ensuring the shopping Centre and Office building function efficiently and reliably, including essential services, planned maintenance, corrective maintenance and essential services.
This role supports tenant and customer safety and satisfaction, contributing to the precinct overall presentation and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and the team to assist with administration tasks, work orders and contract management.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with a range of diverse tenants, business partners.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers for regular servicing and certifications.
- Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day cleaning and security contractor deliverables.
- Review daily security reports, FOB access, incident reports & building reports.
- Prepare CCTV footage for the police as requested.
- Car park access management and troubleshooting car park software and equipment issues.
- Assist with regular building inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain the key register and manage site access arrangements.
- Conduct contractor site-specific inductions and ensure sign-in procedures are adhered to.
- Support the management of on-site maintenance to always ensure the highest quality presentation and response.
- Assist in the preparation of the Centre budget and review of monthly financial reportss.
- Assist with the management of building management systems, including controlling lighting, security, and air-conditioning.
About You
The preferred candidate will possess at least 1-2 years prior experience in a related facilities role with an asset owner or service provider.
In addition to your practical experience, you will have:
- High level communication skills (verbal and written).
- A customer service orientation/stakeholder management.
- A focus on completing tasks.
- Self-motivation and career focus.
- Physically fit for an active role.
