With a strong focus on compliance, client outcomes, and innovation, we’re growing – and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Client Liaison Coordinator to join our Parramatta-based team.
In this role, you’ll be the vital link between internal operations, clients, and external stakeholders, managing key processes across credit default listings, insolvency, and document management. You'll ensure we meet strict regulatory and contractual standards while helping to continuously improve systems and service delivery.
What You’ll Do
As a Client Liaison Coordinator, you will:
List processes, investigations, conversions, and remediation to ensure compliance with client contracts and regulations.
Handle consumer and commercial insolvency accounts including reporting, updates, stakeholder liaison, and statutory voting outcomes.
Manage inbound document requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timelines are met.
Act as the key liaison for client queries and credit reporting bodies on defaults, insolvency, and document matters.
Maintain exception reports, EOM data submissions, and ad hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify inefficiencies, support IT with requests, and implement enhancements to uphold quality and governance.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience in financial services, debt recovery, or a compliance-driven support role.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and process ownership.
Familiarity with credit reporting, insolvency procedures, and/or document management processes (preferred).
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and external bodies.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as within a close-knit team.
