About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Client Liaison Officer to join the team in a full-time, permanent role. If you have experience guiding clients through the preconstruction and construction journey and enjoy being the key link between internal departments and customers, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the build process
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
• Track project milestones and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
• Provide updates, answer client queries, and ensure a smooth, positive customer experience

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 1 year in a client liaison or related role
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work well under pressure
• Confidence reading and understanding construction plans
• Strong communication skills – professional, clear, and personable
• Understanding of residential building workflows and construction stages
• A collaborative, team-first attitude with a drive to improve and grow
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
