This role has become available due to a recent restructure and the promotion of existing staff, reflecting our commitment to developing our people and growing our business.

This role is ideal for someone who brings a professional, solutions-focused approach, with strong communication skills and a sound understanding of the RTO sector.

The Role:
This newly created position will play a central role in managing the daily training schedule, coordinating our team of full-time trainers, and being the first point of contact for corporate and client enquiries. You’ll also work closely with our internal administration team and may assist with high-level operational tasks and enquiries as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who brings a professional, solutions-focused approach, with strong communication skills and a sound understanding of the RTO sector.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the scheduling of all trainers across Belmont and on-site locations.

Act as the primary liaison for corporate clients and training partners, handling all high-level enquiries and requests.

Maintain and update training calendars, ensuring efficient and effective trainer allocations.

Support the smooth delivery of training by working collaboratively with internal teams and trainers.

Assist with reviewing and improving scheduling and booking processes where required.

Provide occasional administrative support to the wider team, contributing to high-level service delivery and team cohesion.

Ensure a professional and timely response to all client communication and maintain strong ongoing relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an RTO or training environment is highly regarded.

Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and coordinate logistics efficiently.

Strong interpersonal and corporate communication skills – both written and verbal.

Ability to manage client expectations and balance competing priorities with professionalism and calm.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Professional presence with a team-oriented mindset.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
