Due to continued and significant growth in our business, we are looking to employ an experienced Client Relationship Coordinator to join our Team.
The Client Relationship Team is generally the first point of contact our Client has after engaging Platinum Certification for their NDIS Audit.
We are looking for that person who not only excels in customer service but also possesses a profound understanding of what it means to deliver Customer Service excellence.
They will display exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate expertise in customer service and support.
Experience in the NDIS sector and an understanding of scheduling would be seen as an advantage.
A successful candidate will use technology to its best advantage, be highly proficient with computers and software and be quick learners who can rapidly assimilate new information.
Your strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, would make you an asset to our team.
With proven capabilities working under pressure and prioritising to meet deadlines, the successful candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive and will always be thinking ahead to ensure the best outcomes.
As a member of our Client Relationship Team, your responsibilities will include:
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and solution-focused assistance to all client and stakeholder enquiries
• Support for Clients by consultation to ensure Audit readiness whilst meeting our high level expectations for quality.
• General administration for Audit preparation to support Auditors and the business operations
• Manage client relationships through proactive and responsive communication via phone and email.
• Support with management and coordination of the NDIS Certification requirements
• Ensure the accurate preparation and effective management of Audit Packs to support audit planning and execution.
• Coordinate the Scheduling of Audits with Clients and Auditors
• Corporate support as required
• Travel booking management as required
• Invoice creation and management as required
• Assistance with management of NDIS Commission Portal
