About the Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where relationship management is just as critical as technical expertise. You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and optimising water treatment systems such as cooling towers and fume cupboards while also ensuring customer satisfaction, providing expert advice, and strengthening partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and providing expert advice.

· Servicing and maintaining water treatment systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

· Conducting water quality testing, chemical dosing, and system performance monitoring.

· Identifying and resolving issues while proactively advising clients on maintenance strategies.

· Preparing service reports and keeping accurate records of work completed.

· Prioritising safety, maintaining equipment, and following best practices.

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Client Relationship Skills – Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management experience.
✔ Technical Knowledge – Understanding of water treatment systems (cooling towers, fume cupboards, chemical dosing).
✔ Experience – Background in account management, service coordination, or a related field in water treatment or industrial services.
✔ Licences & Certifications – OH&S White Card and valid Driver’s Licence (essential). Water Treatment certifications and First Aid (desirable).
✔ Work Rights – Permanent Australian work rights (eligible for security clearance).
