We are an Aluminum windows & doors manufacturer, based in Dandenong South Victoria. We specialize in residential & commercial window and door systems to suit the needs of architects, builders, and homeowners. Our windows and doors are proudly manufactured locally, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery.

We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager/Sales Representative for the Residential sector to join our team.

Role:

Develop new business relationships with Builders and Architects

Review plans for the purpose of estimating the project

Provide clients with project estimates and quotations

Provide technical and product knowledge support of our products to a range of customers

Achieve KPI’s and Sales Target

You will be supported by a strong estimation team and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project, with full backing from a very supportive project team.

Key Competencies:

5+ years experience in Technical Sales & experience in the Window industry

Strong understanding of building plans and drawings

Hands-on experience with taking site measurements and addressing technical issues on-site

Technical knowledge of building codes, particularly window and door regulations

Highly motivated, with a proven track record in sales

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

The Rewards

You will have the autonomy and capability to sell the products in Western and Northern Victorian Regional areas and earn attractive commissions for doing so.

Base salary + Mobile Phone + COMMISSIONS. This is a role that has solid commission rewards. The base salary will be based on proven experience.
