As part of our national expansion, we are seeking a highly driven and experienced National Sales Manager to launch, lead, and scale our D2D teams across Queensland, New South Wales, and Western Australia. This is a career-defining opportunity to build a campaign from the ground up, reporting directly to Senior Management, and drive the success of a high-performance national sales team.

Full Ownership – You will be responsible for bringing your expertise and leadership to build this campaign top-down, structuring the team and strategy for long-term success.
Direct Access to Senior Management – This role reports directly to the executive team, giving you the opportunity to shape and influence high-level business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Build & Lead a national door-to-door sales team, launching first in NSW & QLD
- Develop & Implement scalable D2D sales strategies to drive national growth
- Recruit, Train & Coach top-performing sales professionals and foster a high-retention team
- Set & Monitor KPIs to ensure teams consistently exceed sales targets
- Create Scalable Sales Systems to support long-term expansion
- Work Closely with Senior Leadership to align sales strategies with broader business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Leadership – Experience in building, leading, and scaling successful D2D or direct sales teams
- Strategic Mindset – Ability to develop and execute long-term sales growth strategies
- Industry Experience – Background in solar, energy, telecommunications, security, or similar industries is preferred but not essential
- High-Performance Focus – A track record of delivering strong sales results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Inspiring & Motivational Leadership – Ability to build a high-performing sales culture that attracts and retains top talent
- Entrepreneurial Drive – Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and scales operations independently
