About the Opportunity:

You’ll manage key accounts, develop new business, and build lasting relationships with Sydney’s top architects, designers, and builders.
What You’ll Do:
In this dynamic role, you’ll balance business development, account management, and showroom sales, all while leveraging your architectural expertise to deliver value:
- Cultivate strong relationships with high-end builders in Sydney’s luxury residential sector.
- Work remotely with flexibility, spending just one day a week in our showroom and scheduling visits with clients by appointment.
- Leverage your architectural knowledge to read and interpret architectural drawings and floor plans, speaking the language of design to effectively communicate our value.
- Generate and close leads, bringing your network of architects, designers, and builders to quickly drive results.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in quoting and project details, showcasing your meticulous attention to detail.
- Promote premium, custom-designed steel windows and doors that exceed the expectations of Australia’s most discerning clients.
Your Day to Day:
Every day will be exciting and varied:
- Warm and cold outreach to your extensive network and potential new contacts in the builder and developer space—all from the comfort of your home.
- One day a week at the showroom for director meetings, with flexible arrangements.
- By-appointment showroom visits with architects, interior designers, and builders to showcase our products.
- On-site visits with a company vehicle during working hours for a hands-on approach.
- Assisting directors with quotes from measured drawings to ensure every detail is spot on.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who combines a passion for architecture with exceptional sales skills. If you have:
- A degree in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred but not essential).
- Proven sales experience in the architectural product space with a history of success.
- An extensive network of builders and contractors that will enable you to hit the ground running.
- Confidence with numbers, quoting, and details—nothing slips through the cracks.
- A passion for design and helping clients bring their vision to life.
- Outstanding communication skills—you know how to present confidently and build rapport with ease.
- A polished, professional presentation that inspires trust and respect.
