Your new company

Your new company is a well-established luxury residential developer builder with a heavy presence in SEQ. They are on the lookout for a Site Manager to look after a $120M high-rise project based in the Brisbane CBD.

Your new role

In your new role you will be in charge of:

• Management of trades and subcontractors on site
• Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
• Implementation of OH&S policies
• Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
• Approval of subcontractor invoices
• Liaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met
• Industrial relations management
• Provide leadership to the site team
• Long and Short-term programming

What you'll need to succeed

What you'll need to succeed in this role is:

• Strong high-rise experience
  
• Hold a QBCC Site Supervisor License
  
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-end projects and can drive a site to successful completion.
  
• You have strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing teams
  
• You have a deep understanding of programming, subcontractor management, and safety compliance
