About the Role:
- Lead with autonomy: Take charge of a thriving, P&C run OSHC service licenced for 180 children.
- Flexible working arrangement: Full time preferred, but open to part time options. Block shifts designed for genuine work life harmony.
- Strategic and hands on leadership: Balance operational management, inspiring team guidance, and thoughtful, NQS aligned innovation.
- Meaningful: Freedom to drive educational excellence under My Time, Our Place V2.0, with a dedicated Educational Leader support and leadership team already in place.
- Community: Work in partnership with an engaged school, a supportive Principal, and a proactive P&C acting as the Approved Provider (no Tender process - helps with continuity / stability).
- Operational: Confidently manage budgets, daily operations, compliance, and staffing with clear support.
- Future: Influence upcoming facility upgrades, ensuring spaces continue to enrich children's experiences.

About You:
- Leadership ready: You’re either an experienced OSHC Director or an emerging leader ready for your next big step, comfortable navigating the NQF.
- Natural connector: Easily build genuine relationships with your team, children, families, and school stakeholders - your interpersonal skills are your strength.
- Balance creativity with compliance: You instinctively blend imaginative, child focused programs with solid NQS aligned practices.
- Child focused values: Driven by a passion for creating inclusive spaces where every child feels valued, safe, and inspired to thrive.
Child Safeguarding:
Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to:
- A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
- Thorough screening.
- Reference checks.
- A national criminal history check.
