Uniting Early Learning Enoggera seeks one experienced leader to join together and deliver educational outcomes for our children in their quest to be ready for "big school".

We bring to the table a well-resourced one room centre, large natural outdoor space and an established committed team of Educators. We would like for you to bring a commitment to growth of this 27-place service through building strong connections in the community and ensuring an environment for children to thrive.

The centre

Our beautiful, boutique childcare centre, nestled in the heart of Enoggera is right on the doorstep of Enoggera State School. We are a small service that truly feels like a home away from home for children, families, and educators alike. We have a 27-place occupancy and focus on 3-5year co-hort. A large focus is on our Kindy program lead by our ECT.

With a focus on preparing children for their move to Primary School, we pride ourselves on offering a nurturing and supportive environment where children can play, learn, and grow at their own pace. With a focus on building strong relationships with our families and community, we provide a personalised approach to early education and care.

As part of the Uniting Church in Queensland, we have been serving families through childcare services since 1964, driven by a mission-based, values-centric philosophy. We prioritise quality learning outcomes and a values-based philosophy across our four (4) service streams. These include Long Day Care, OSHC, Family Day Care and In-home Care.
