The Opportunity

This is a true end-to-end Client Service Manager role supporting a 2 Senior Advisers with their high-quality clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for client interactions and will ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and relationship management.
You’ll coordinate closely with the offshore support staff, who handle document preparation and other back-office functions. The role involves the end to end management of the clients and the implementation process.

The Role

  • Manage the full client onboarding process, ensuring accuracy the first time
  • Assist the advisers in plan preparation and research
  • Maintain and oversee workflow quality from offshore resources
  • Manage ongoing client communications and queries via phone and email
  • Implement advice strategies – liaise with preferred platforms and providers (insurance, super, pensions)
  • Coordinate SMSF establishment
  • Maintain data integrity within Xplan
  • Manage the advice review process for the advisers
  • Maintain client records, ensure regulatory compliance and manage meeting follow up
  • Assist in the improvement of processes, systems and general workflow; collaborate with the team and adapt to the priorities in the business

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar financial planning client services or admin role
  • A confident communicator who is proactive and happy to get on the phone
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and maintaining ownership of workflow
  • Platform knowledge across Praemium, Macquarie Wrap, and Netwealth
  • Strong proficiency with Xplan (non-negotiable)
  • Proactive and adaptable – a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
