We’re looking for a full-time Business Development gun to drive new footy club acquisition for our online fundraising platform. This is a performance-first role — no team management, no fluff, just clear targets and real upside.

You’ll be making 20–50 calls a day, qualifying clubs, and helping them launch successful fundraising campaigns. Consistently hit 5 new go-lives per week (20 per quarter), with each club reaching 50 subscribers in their first 90 days, and you’ll be on track for OTE of $140K+ — with top performers reaching $200K+.

We’re an innovative online fundraising platform that helps sports clubs raise serious money — fast. Our unique lottery mechanic gives clubs a fresh, fun way to engage supporters and generate revenue.

Right now, we’re focused on footy clubs in Victoria, with national expansion just around the corner. We’ve got strong product–market fit, real traction, and big growth plans.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making 20–50 outbound calls per day to footy clubs and other sports organisations

Qualifying leads based on their likelihood of success

Guiding clubs through onboarding and supporting their campaign launch

Following up to ensure go-live and subscriber milestones are met

Owning your pipeline and hitting clear weekly and quarterly targets

What You’ll Get

Base salary of $80,000 + Super

Uncapped performance incentives, including:

$250 per club that goes live

$750 bonus per club that reaches 50 subscribers within 90 days

Realistic OTE of $140K+, with high performers earning $200K+ (uncapped)

A flexible, remote-first environment

Clear path to grow as we expand into new states and sports codes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales development, BDM, or outbound call centre roles

• A true hunter mindset — self-driven, persistent, and resourceful

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisational skills and a focus on follow-through

• Passion for sports or community-based organisations is a big plus
